Jason was hired by some of the top teams in Massachusetts to run seller departments and as a Director of Sales. He has helped grow teams by coaching agents and putting into place standards to deliver consistent results to his clients. In 2020, Jason went on to start his own team and his sales have increased tremendously by delivering outstanding results, one client at a time.

Jason is ranked among the best agents in Central Massachusetts and with selling more than 50 homes in 2020 and has overseen over 750 sales since the start of his career. He has been consistently ranked among the top listing agents in his office month-after-month. Recent successes have included over 18 offers on a home in Holden, netting the seller 11% over the asking price, which broke a neighborhood record. Jason has outpaced the market by delivering an average of 106% of the listing price while the average for the area hovers between 99-100%, thereby getting his clients an average of 6% more money.

Known for his extensive marketing approach, including; professional staging consultations, lining up contractors as needed, premium photography, floor plans, video tours, website analysis, and targeted advertising - Jason gets the job done very quickly. In his downtime, Jason is a father to three adult children, who are his pride and joy. He also enjoys golfing with clients and friends, playing acoustic guitar, practicing Muay Thai, eating healthy, baking for friends and family, and giving back to his community by donating his time and money to worthy causes.
